I've re-created the problem and have committed the bad version to
svn+ssh://os...@svn.code.sf.net/p/oorexx/code-0/ooDialog/trunk/examples/user
Guide/exercises.
To create problem:
1. Go to folder Exercise08
2. run startup.rex
3. The Order Management dialog opens. Dbl-click on "Customer List". The
Customer List opens.
4. Dbl-click on any customer
5. Hit OK for the error message
6. It hangs with the "ooRexx Intercface has stopped working".
Must be tired - after committing the bad files I seem to have screwed up a
couple of files in my working copy - which was fixed - but the problem is
back! Dunno how but it's bin a long day. Will work on it and will commit
corrected version as soon as you let me know that you've finished with the
bad version I just committed.

Still, it was an interesting message...
The message is because the interpreter crashed. Please send me the unfixed
program, or let me know which program it was if it is one of your examples
that is checked in.
If the base class is not initialized, it can cause a crash. But, I have
code to catch that problem, it should raise a condition, not crash the
interpreter. It needs to be fixed.
