It appears that a debug Say statement was left in ooDialog level 4.2.3.9393
when an insertItem is done on a menubar. Part of the code is:
menubar = .ScriptMenuBar~new("resource.rc",MENU)
popup = menubar~getPopUp(1,.true)
popup~insertItem(MENU_ITEM,MENU_ITEM,"Select It")
The message displayed is:
Check to connect item isMenuBar=0 !byPosition = 1
