I have a dialog sublcassed from UserDialog, and it seems that a
connectListViewEvent(...) must be issued in the defineDialog method, and not
in initDialog. If I issue the connect in initDialog, it doesn't work. Is
this a general rule - that for a UserDialog all connectevents (as well as
creates) should be done in the defineDialog method?
