No worry, for historical reasons I have my folder structure under MinGW but
I use Windows C++ for compile. Just haven't been bothered to change it.
I found the missing module also in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft
SDKs\Windows\v7.1A\Include and after doing a SET INCLUDE it all seems to
work OK. Here is the output:
