I am wanting to create a new shortcut on the desktop that has the current
values for the Target of the executing ooRexx program, but a different
default path. I could can this on the addDesktopIcon, but really would like
to know which rexx program was used and where it was used from; ie,
32 bit Program Files or 64 bit. I would really like to query the existing
Desktop Icon to get all the parameters used in the addDesktopIcon in
addition to finding out if the new target DesktopIcon already exists.
