Bert,
The way to determine if this is a bug is to open a bug report with a
program that allows one of the developers to reproduce the problem. If it
is a bug, it will be fixed if it can be fixed. If it's not a bug, it will
be answered as such. As I explained earlier, I will not investigate if
this is a bug until a bug report is open. I've spent too much time
investigating suspected problems only to have it be something else once I
finally got my hands on a program that reproduces the problem.
