Thank you for your reply and confirming it isn't just me and something I've
done to my systems (e.g. 3rd party or configuration setting, etc).
Before fixing it, any thoughts on:
- What could be causing it?
- How could we figure out what is causing this behavior?
Once we can figure out what is causing it (even before that how to figure
it out) maybe we can find a solution.
