Hadoop JAR names are already standardized (hadoop-core, hadoop-test,
hadoop-streaming), there is not need for those.
However, pig JAR names are not standardized, sometime are named pig, sometimes
pig-core. As there are not official artifacts this is an issue and allowing
parameterization will help here.
