The coord:nominalTime() function (like others), right now, has a fixed datetime
formatting for the action time returned. It could be useful to have an
additional function that allows transforming these values into custom formats.
How's the idea of adding a new coord:formatTS(String tsStringInDefaultFmt,
String requiredFmtTemplate) function to allow this?
