If oozie-setup.sh is invoked multiple times, JARs and extJS from previous
invocations are lost.
To avoid this, oozie-setup.sh should always include all JARs from an extension
directory in Oozie home directory (libext/).
In addition, if extjs ZIP file is there it should also be included.
