Right now, all the string returning time functions of coord use their own
standard timestamp formatting. It would be good to have an additional function
that can interconvert these values into a format suitable to the user's needs.
How's the idea of adding a new {{coord:formatTS(String tsStringInDefaultFmt,
String requiredFmtTemplate)}} function to allow this?
I'll post a patch doing the same in a bit.
