OOZIE-72: bundle job's status didn't updated after all coord job succeeded

bundle job's status didn't updated after all job succeeded.
submit a bundle job having 6 coord jobs,
suspend bundle job after two coord jobs are succeeded,
and resume the bundle job, wait untill all coord jobs are finished.
bundle job's status will never be updated to SUCCEEDED from RUNNING.
