Each database should have a custom $DB-oozie-setup.xml in test/resources.
The 'oozie.test.db' property should drive the loading of the corresponding site
file.
There should be site files for the supported DBs: hsqldb, derby, mysql, oracle
& postgres.
The same property should drive the inclusion of the Oracle/Mysql JAR file as a
dependency.
