Hi Guys, Sorry for the delays, I am getting back on track now.
based on the comments listed on https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-3883 It is not trivial to restore old JIRAs from the SQL dump. Question for Mohammad: Is there an possibility to start the JIRA box on the old yahoo server and take an xml snapshot from it and then give that to INFRA team. Above approach looks to me a feasible solution to export all the JIRAs in one shot. Other approach i am able to think is write an Web Driver application which read data base and create JIRAS on the apache jira website. It is not a very good approach but if nothing can be work out then this also can be done. Mohammad, I forgot the version number of SQL server which was installed on the box, you have to get that from OPS.
