Arvind and I chatted some more and here's the new plan:
0. I need to be naturalized as a Oozie community citizen. Seriously,
otherwise I can't even update the JIRAs (only submit and comment).
Please, add me to the project.
1. We will be doing a public API import just like with GH issues from
the XML file that Arvind is preparing (thanks!)
2. I can do any kind of massaging of data
3. We will be losing some information but the following will persist:
* title
* body
* Bug metadata (priority/status/etc.)
* comments
* attachments
If that sounds reasonable -- please take care of #0 and I can proceed once
Arvind is done.
