There are two things:
* Will it move the file to gz format in __every__ hour? In other words, there 
will be only one unzipped oozie log. I see some issues on this regarding the 
debugging the system from gz file.
* If indeed we decide to do that, we should not put it as default into log4j 
properties file. The default should be unchanged. Log4j properties could be 
modified through yinst set during installation.
* However, the pom file chnages are required provided it supports both : gziped 
move  and normal move
