clean up repositories info in main POM

Currently the main POM has references to a local repo, this creates some
directories outside of the build directory during the build and that repo is
not used. In addition we are referring to some other external repos that are
not needed.
NOTE: the internal repo may be used for internal building in Y!, in that case
(as we do in Cloudera) the POM should be modified in the internal SVN/GIT repo.
