"The LICENSE file looks good except that I cannot map which included files have
which license. According to
http://incubator.apache.org/guides/releasemanagement.html this is to be
included in the LICENSE file with each LICENSE. It would be better if both
files were at the top level in the distribution instead of inside oozie-server."
