This is just a port of OOZIE-77 to 3.1 branch. I just wanted to upload a patch
for 3.1 branch but couldnt find a way to do it on OOZIE-77 so created a new
jira. Feel free to close this one if you guys dont intend for OOZIE-77 to go
into 3.1 release branch.
