Improve/Consolidate Hadoop job ID log harvesting logic

Currently this logic is duplicated in PigMain and HiveMain and used also by
Sqoop. The logic should be moved up to LauncherMain.
Also, regex patterns should be used.
Finally, in the case of sqoop where the hadoop job ID is captured from Hadoop
logging lines, the format can be the old MR1 or new new MR2 'job completed'
message, thus multiple regex should be supported.
