Change in jar injection script for Oozie 3.1 to run with Hadoop 23

The addtowar.sh script that injects Hadoop jars should account for Hadoop 23
jars.
Ability to inject SNAPSHOT Hadoop jars (if you have those on your local staging
repo) by introducing an argument -hadoopJarsSNAPSHOT where the script is
invoked.
