Oozie distcp jobs are failing with Hadoop 23 and one of the reasons is
MAPREDUCE-4004 (distcp not copying over the delegation tokens required for
proxy users). Even with a patched JAR, the job hangs in RUNNING state. I'm also
looking into figuring this out.
