Summary
-------
Currently, you can export the env variable OOZIE_DEBUG to a non-zero value to
get debug statements on stdout after job submit/run. This patch is making this
feature available by alternately specifying '-debug' through the CLI arguments.
e.g. oozie job -run -config <job.properties> -debug
Starting right now with getting basic debug output such as the Http connection
URL to the server, this can be later extended for printing more debug
statements at various stages of the Oozie process.
This addresses bug OOZIE-769.
