Currently there is a fixed sharelib per action type. I.e.:

/share/lib/mapreduce-streaming/
pig/
hive/
sqoop/

It many situations it would be desirable to support multiple versions of
sharelib per component, have a system default, and allow users to override the
default for a specific version. I.e.:

/share/lib/mapreduce-streaming/
pig-0_8/ (default)
pig-0_9/
sqoop/
