Right now, if you were to open a Coordinator app page in 3.x, it shows up a
list of all the actions it has launched along with external IDs (WF IDs) of
each if they are applicable.
These external IDs are right now just selectable text, when they can rather
also be a link that opens the WF instance on the UI as well, making it easier
to browse for admins/devs alike. Otherwise, we have to select the ID and then
filter it out over another WFs tab - a step we can help avoid.
