Right now, for a selected action we only show Action Info and Action
Configuration tabs. Since we also keep Action Data (output from the action) in
memory, I think we can also show that for users/admins.
An example of one use case is, if users use Java Actions to submit MR jobs, and
store the launched job ID into action data, the UI helps see it (which
otherwise we'd have to see via logs).
