I know some cases when it fails..when one of the paths in decision node is a
kill node or if a path in decision node evaluates directly to a join. It would
be great if you can attach the fork/join graph from the failed workflow.
However in normal scenarios, I think decision nodes are handled within
fork-join. The test case for this is at: Line 434: TestLiteWorkflowAppParser
