Currently Oozie Hive-action is doing VAR replacement on the script before
invoking Hive. (Hive 0.6 did not have VAR replacement.)
Hive 0.8 and higher properly supports VAR replacement, so Oozie should stop
doing VAR replacement and delegate it to Hive.
