Hadoop has a HADOOP_CONF_DIR which allows to have separate binaries and
configuration.
Oozie does not have this separation and has the start script source
oozie-env.sh and some other ones.
It would be nice to have something like a OOZIE_CONF_DIR which would enable to
reuse an existing Oozie installation and just switch the catalina/logs/db...
The only current alternative is to download a separate Oozie which is
cumbersome as it would be more simple to just reuse the current installed Oozie.
