When using Oozie WS api listed in
<http://yahoo.github.com/oozie/releases/3.1.0/WebServicesAPI.html> for fetching
the jobs information, saw that even though there are some workflows launched by
the coordinator instance, their parentId is listed as null. But the same if i
try specifying some particular workflow id, when i get the job info, it lists
the parentId correctly.
