Britt, I just noticed that you didn't grant the license to ASF. Can you
re-upload the patch but choose the "Grant license to ASF" option?
Also, I've updated your patch (rebased on trunk, fixed a few minor bugs,
updated tests), but I probably shouldn't upload it until you grant the license
to ASF.
