I'm not sure if its the same issue, but I've noticed (in Firefox at least) that
sometimes when I open a 'window', one of its UI elements (e.g. a text field, a
table, etc) are sized too big and extend off the 'window'. Closing and
reopening the 'window' typically fixes it though.
