Patch looks good, a couple of things:
* Oozie uses 4 spaces indentation, the patch uses 2 spaces
* the patch is doing this for the action job only, not for the launcher job, we
should do the same there, for the launcher the property name should be prefixed
with 'oozie.launcher.'
