I saw such errors in FriCAS.  I fixed them changing spelling of
SPAD_READER in boot files.  Grep shows me:

int-top.boot:  zeroOneTran packageTran CATCH("SPAD_READER", parseFromString s)

That should be "SPAD__READER".
