Oh, ok. I think I see. You mean just the attempt to compile a spad file is sufficient - even though there is an error message about the missing file? OpenAxiom (and FriCAS) have a somewhat different directory structure than Axiom so I am having to look at more details than I otherwise would. Thanks again.
