My opinion has always been that named attributes that are not category forms are hacks that predate many things in the compiler and they could be replaced safely by categories. There are a few exceptions to this, but in the scope of what I presented yesterday on operators as parameters to constructors, those exception disappear. In particular, the commutative("*") construct would become Commutative([EMAIL PROTECTED](%,%,%)) which -- as I presented to Bill a few days ago -- completely solves the issue of which `*' is implied in commutative("*"). -- Gaby ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ open-axiom-devel mailing list open-axiom-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/open-axiom-devel
