I will put together an optional spkg in the next couple days, but I am 
not aware of any problems as of yet with either build or using OpenAxiom 
from Sage. What we should probably do for the Sage<->PanAxiom interface 
is to allow setting the name of the driver binary so that it is easily 
user selectable.
