Ok, these files are under BSDL:
texmacs/src/texbreaker.c, (by Robert S. Sutor)
texmacs/src/userproto.h (by Robert S. Sutor I guess:
                          it is used in texbreaker.c)

Other files say about "GNU general public license"
I thought it is version 1 by default :-)

texmacs/Makefile refers to file LICENSE
that is not present.
