It's theoreticaly possible, but none of the OS i know implements
this.

What do you mean by extra memcpy ?
Yes Xv has an extra memcpy compared to direct access methods
like mga_vid or vidix. But it's necessary in this case, thus
i wouldnt say it's "extra".
