It's different for each vendor and often different for each model from
a given vendor.  This isn't one of those things like an instruction
set that can be easily abstracted.  You're defining physical logic
cells and wiring.

It's like... what's the common feature of full-custom IC's?  Uhh...
they're made of silicon?  :)
