Why not building an html page with 2 arrays : first for hardware : clpd or fpga for pci core , jtag or not jtag (that's the question.... :) ) and all other hardwre stuff in order to make priority ! from the more wanted to the less and with a description with the less and more and for what kind of application ! bis repetitas for for "library to implant " !
