Frankly, I did not look much on document itself. There was no click-thrugh licence stuff. And later I used wordcat, so I hope there was no "by reading this you agree thet you will agree ..." in "blueprint" or "footers/headers". And if It was I did not seen it :) I did not read even the first pages, I was in hurry you know ... :) I think this is like RFC for HW manufactures to comply with "own" windows requirements. So I guess we can look and take what we want. Of course some lawyer should take a look...
