Define what you mean by "Useful amount" of money? I have several thoughts about this entire project that I would like the opportunity to express to yourself. Hopefully this weekend I can put together a reasonable about of time to formulate my thoughts into a cohesive form.
However, I would have no issue fronting enough to Incorporate right now, providing the guidelines of the corp don't stray to far. If it would provide a useful vehicle from a financial perspective, this may be a very good idea. Look for more from me between now and Sunday.
