nVidia does not have their warranty on the web. ATi on the other hand does, and they seam to have split it up in three:
* Current Warranty Statement and Conditions

These warranties seams to cover many strange things, e.g. lightning. Perhaps it is best, if you copy/paste the sections you like, and send them to the mailinglist?
