I don't know the wiki software you're using, but PmWiki (what I use and prefer) has a number of modules that allow you to do things like blacklist words, restrict the number of URLs that can be posted at one time, and work with the banned host lists that some blog software uses. It's not unlikely that the one you have has similar modules.
