Me :) For publiching something inside french Linux Magasine. They developp 
some "Hors série" about linux embedded and electronics stuff.

After, i don't know if "professional" newspaper test anything. Hobbist EE 
newspaper could be a target. Maybe a press annouce send to every newspaper 
when something is ready could attract interrest (the developpement model is 
not common :).
