Yes, but they get downconverted to a safe composite signal, that's why they cost.

A true VGA to SCART cable would be as cheap as the plugs and cable, but is not sold in normal shops as Windows can't even send a RGB signal without thirdparty software and finetuning. Why sell 'not working' cables that might even give the final blow to a TV?



You have COMPOSITE2SCART converters for around 2-3 euro.


Yes these don't convert signals, composite is an additional signal supported by SCART you will miss picture clarity.

Most SCART DVD players have an RGB mode where they send the pure signal without even reducing the colour range like for Pal or composite signals. Same as the signal I want the final OGP card to support.
