That just look like a traditionnal PC. But a PC seems too big, too fragile, too power hungry for that kind of task.
So you need to build an almost industrial quality PC, which is small and have very low power consomption, (like a nano-ITX card, based on 500 Mhz GEODE or ARM SoC).
