If a prospective customer cant find the info on what he is considering buying - that needs to change. At least the wiki is easy to change.

er, replying to myself, while I only had a few minutes - had a brief look at the wiki again I've Changed the link "Feature List" on the front page to "OGA1 feature list" and added a minor introduction to the Feature List page. I mention this to the list for review, mainly because it is a change to the 'main' wiki page.

I can only find a target price for the OGA board of somewhere between $100 and $200 - I'll add a note about that later.

Also, perhaps we can add a page for the ODG1 prototype on either the front page or possibly in the Documentation page.

Lets see what could be placed on that page. I've quickly grabbed scraps from the newsgoups that google located.. (and a few are admittedly guesswork):

OGD is a PCI based FPGA development board currently in development by the Open Graphics Project. With onboard memory, high bandwidth and an ECP2 Lattice semiconductor FPGA, the GPL based design is capable of significant computing applications. This board is expected to be of interest to Engineers, Scientists, Universities, Developers(?ugh..cant think what else to call them) and students and is used by the Open Graphics Project for developing the OGA series Graphics cards. Those who significantly assist with the development of the Open Graphics Project at this stage are expected to be offered a subsidized board for $600-700, to encourage and support their development work. General Price and University Discounts have yet to be announced.

Currently this board is under development. Questions should be directed to the Open Graphics Mailing list.

With OGD1 The Open Graphics Project is progressing towards it's goal of developing graphics cards with fully published specs and open source drivers suitable for desktop computing and embedded systems. For alternative license options contact Traversal Technology.

Maybe link to the BOM, start documenting the pin out for ecp2, and then work on the other significant components and eventually adding links to their respective pdf files.

if there are no objections, when i get a few mins, I will add something like this to the wiki and we can work it from there.
