I think we should just have a licensing and contributions page. IF
there's an easy way to show someone a customized page when they sign
up, that would be nice, but for the most part, only spammers would try
to contribute before knowing the rules.
Eventually we can look at some customizations, but perhaps, for now, can
those who add to the wiki please add a page for yourself with some
information here
